Members can sign up for our free e-Statements service in Home Branch website under the e-Statements link. They receive a notification that their statement is ready for viewing in the Home Branch website, and can be viewed at this link by the first or second business day of the period (month or quarter). Paper statements will not be sent for those who have e-Statements, but one can view previous statements from the past 18 months.

Many transactions are posted at during office hours. Our last batch posting occurs prior to the close of business on the last working day of the month. Some transactions may carry over to the next calendar month before they are posted.
Please note that end-of-month processing occurs on the last calendar day of the month. This Home Branch website, and Info-Teller, will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours during this time. (Approximately midnight until 2:00 AM)
You can check balances, make transfers, and review your history with our Mobile App from your iPhone or Android device. Search for JCFCU in Google Play or the iTunes App Store to get started. Users must have the most recent operating system update for the app.
